Recognising the People working in Airport Lounges

The world’s largest lounge network Priority Pass, which is part of the Collinson Group, recently launched its Lounge Legends campaign in recognition of the people who have remained focused on delivering a 5-star service in lounges across the globe, despite the challenges brought by Covid-19.

La Valette Club was chosen to participate in this initiative from among more than 1,300 international lounge operators. Lounge Legends representing La Valette Club joined peers from The Grand Lounge Elite, Prime Class Lounge, and Song Hong Business Lounge to give an understanding of how operations have had to evolve to meet travellers’ emerging needs and demands.
